Type in a name for the memorial page you want to create. Sign in to Facebook and click Create a Group. Click General, then Download a Copy of Your Facebook Data, and Start My Archive. ![]() To download the contents of the account before deleting the profile, click the Settings button at the top right of the page and select Account Settings. On the Delete Account page, click Delete My Account to permanently erase the page, including all posts, photos, and status updates.
